        How To Order: To purchase any items add the item to your shopping cart. When you are done proceed to the check out. Please, make sure that all information is entered correctly because you will be emailed your order verification automatically. War-Toys.com is big on privacy and will not share your information with any third party. All orders must have an order number to be processed. Faxing orders may incur a delay. When ordering if the picture of the product does not match what the description and name, please before you order the product, send us an email us to verify that it is the correct item you wish to purchase. Note: Due to new Packaging Procedures we will no longer be able to allow add-ons to orders. Please verify that everything in your order is full and correct before sending payment. As soon as payment is received the order will be filled as a final order. We also will NOT be able to offer combining orders to ship together any more. This allows us to provide faster and better customer service.
        Return Policy: All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order. Shipping and handling of original order is non refundable. In addition for any returned orders the purchaser is responsible shipping the order back to us in in the condition the order was recieved. This means if there are any problems with an item it must be returned in an unopened sealed pack that the item(s) came in. All items must be examined through the sealed pack before the items are opened. If they are opened we cannot offer refunds or replacements. If a product is damaged in shipment back to us the purchaser holds liability on the items and will not receive credit back. By ordering you agree to these conditions.
        Broken/Missing Item Policy: If you purchase boxed figures and items in the boxes are damaged or broken please contact the following manufacturers for replacement:

        Please include your full name, the broken/missing item, and details of the situation. For any manufacturer that is not listed please send us an email and we'll be more then happy to get you in contact. If you have other issues please let us know :)
        Missing Package Policy: For packages mailed in the US, please allow a week and a half for delivery, if your package does not show by the end of this period please send us an email and we'll be able to get you an update on the shipping date and other shipping information. For international orders please give 14 days since the time you place the order before emailing us. After that we'll be able to give you an update. For international packages if you still do not receive the order within 30 days please let us know and at that time USPS will allow us to submit the tracking forms for the order.
Website Inventory Control Setup: To better help with inventory control we setup a new process for orders. Items being order should display while items in stock. The way the webserver is now setup is that it will allow you to add the items to your shopping cart as long as they are currently available. This is mentioned because if both you and another customer have the same item in your cart and it is the last one in stock then who ever goes through the payment transaction first will be the one to get the item. For the other customer the quantity of the item will be decreased from the shoppingcart if the requested amount of the item is no longer in stock. If you order the max number of items available for an item then there will be a red * next to the number. This will also go to the max number if more than the max amount in stock is ordered. This number will also decrease if someone else orders some or the items while you are browsing through the site. We appologize if there comes any inconvenience from this however this process is the process we'll be following from now on. It will help keep our ordering numbers more accurate. Money Orders must be received within 7 days or placing the order. After 7 days the order will automatically go to the status of cancelled. If we receive payment after 7 days of the placed order then we will do our best to reorder the items you are interested in online. This will create a new order however if there are any prices differences then the current prices will be the ones that will be used for the new order. This helps allow us to better serve all of our customers and help insure better tracking with items ordered.
        Specials: We have daily specials, weekly specials, holiday specials, and specials just for fun. So be sure to check the site regularly because we update regularly.
        Shipping & Handling: All orders have shipping & handling costs that are calculated at the time of order. For foreign orders please select International as the shipping method. All orders are for US Dollars. All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends, holidays, and back/preorders. We ship either USPS or FedEx inside the US (We reserve the right to choose the carrier for every order). After we ship the order, delivery speed is determined by the carrier and ship method selected. If you have not recieved you package after a week and a half of ordering please email us and let us know.
        To Do Fax Orders: 1. Place the order online. 2. Fax the order number and your credit card information to us at (602) 997-9678. Please fax only once because for each fax we receive we process. 3. If you would like a confirmation email sent, please note so on the fax.
        Database Issues: Due to possible unknown issues with the Database. We reserve the right to cancel any orders and issue full credit, for any order created with a database error, miss pricing, or incorrect description. We appologize for any inconvience.
        PreOrders:
      Preorder items are items that we are scheduled to receive from the manufacturer.
      Your preorder will be charged when the order is placed with credit card purchases. Other payments are due within 7 days of order. Things to remember when ordering preorder items
        1) Please do not order other items with your preorder. If you do, we will separate the in stock items and ship them right away and additonal shipping charges will be added. (regular items and preorders).
        2) Please do not order different preorder items on the same order. If you do additional shipping charges will be added.
        3) Product photo may not be the final product. Final product may differ slightly in color and or content.
        4) Product estimated ship date is from the manufacturer. Some products will miss their estimated ship date or can cancel the production run all together. War -Toys is not responsible for manufacturer delays or order shortages. We ship as soon as items are received.
        5) Orders will be shipped in the order that they were received.

        War-Toys Mom's Rules:
          1. Toys & Equipment are for ages 5 and up (Warning: Choking Hazard - Small Parts Not for children under 3 years)
          2. When a product is displayed it means that we have at least one of them in inventory. We do our best to fill every order and reserve the right of reimbursement for any order that cannot be delivered.
          3. Please do not email us your credit card information. Emailing us your credit card information is not secure. If you have any issues with the website please either fax us (602) 997-9678 your credit card information or call us (877) WAR-TOYS (927-8697) or (602) 923-8697.

WAR-TOYS.COM will NO longer accept PAYPAL payments for orders from Germany or France if they contained banned items ( Items containing Nazi or SS symbols) Orders from these countries will have to be paid via credit card, money order, or check. If any item in the order is in violation of this policy the item will be refunded and the order will be shipped without the banned items included.
