FAQ
Question: Do you offer Preorders?
Answer: The short answer is no. We've had issues in the past in which we did preorders and had it come back and bite us in the butt.... What happened is we over sold what we had order however we were able to fill all the orders by contacting other resources. Overall it took more time to fill the orders at a loss and was a big headache. So to solve this we cannot offer preorders. Also to make it fair as soon as we have item we have them on the web within two hours of receiving them.
Question: Is it easier for you if I order over the phone or on the web?
Answer: The web is the fastest way. It allows us to use our time to package the orders and do other things such as inventory to keep the website up to date. On the phone it takes some of our time, which we do not mind if you are having a problem, however if you do have a chance to order via web please do so it is greatly appreciated. :)
Question: Can you hold items for me?
Answer: The short answer is no. The reason why is we have limited space and it creates a logistical headache for us to try to keep everything straight as well as get the orders off in a timely manor. What we recommend is putting an order together as complete as possible and then having it mailed. The reason why is our website is constantly changing and you'll find several items on there at various times. Normally if you find the second part of the items you are looking for (such as a new figure) there are normally a couple other items you'll want to get at that time as well so it just helps us keep the orders straight and get them packaged and to you in a effective manor.
Question: Can you combine a couple of my orders to save on shipping?
Answer: The short answer is no. What has happened in the past is we've had many requests for this and we got the point in which we would have to open a package that was just finished being packaged and them combine it with another order into a larger package. This costs is an expense to us because we have to pay the people who help us with packaging the orders. In truth, it would seem as if you would save money by having them combined however for the time that it take to repackage the order as well as the cost of the boxes and labels to reprint it would come to the same amount.
Question: Can I add something to my order?
Answer: Orders that have been approved are considered final upon approval. The reason why is shortly after your order has been approved we'll have it packaged and shipping soon.
Question: How often do you ship?
Answer: We ship Monday thru Saturday and ship at least once a day and as often as four times a day. This is to help make sure that you get your order very quickly.
Question: It’s been three days and I haven't received my order. Is there anything you can do?
Answer: USPS (United States Parcel Service) does not guarantee Priority Mail. Priority Mail gives your package priority over the regular parcel mail. Many times throughout the year USPS will get busy at certain times and sometimes a package will be delayed a couple of days. What we recommend is if you have not receive your package within seven days of your order then send us an email with your Full name and order number explaining that you have not received the package yet. We'll then be able to research the order to verify that we received payment confirmation and then when the order was mailed out. At that point if the package was mailed off then we have to wait until 14 days after the package was mailed to submit a lost package/tracking form. USPS will then track the package to find out where it is and what happened to it. Normally we will send a second package to follow the first at this point. All we request is that if you receive two packages that you send one back to us. From there USPS will track the two packages and the post master will determine what happened and get in contact with us.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: We'll accept returns as long as they are in the original condition they were received, and returned within a week of you receiving the order (so three weeks since the order is put through). This means if you received a loose item check in the clear plastic to make sure everything is good with it before opening it. From there you can return the item with a letter describing what is wrong with the item and what you would like to have done.
Question: How do you fill money orders and checks verse credit card payment?
Answer: We fill orders in the order of payment confirmation. Which means if we have items in stock and only a few left we fill the first to be confirmed. This is because we've had issues in the past in which we've been told that payment was on the way... and we're still waiting :) However if we are out of the item and we receive your money order what we'll do is one of two things. If it is only a small item (like $1.95) then what we'll do is include something of equal or more value to replace it, normally with a couple of free items to make up for the inconvenience. Or if it is a large item like a boxed figure then we'll write a check for the difference of the order.
Question: What is it meant by "Boxed without nude figure" as an option when I go to order boxed figures?
Answer: This service helps collectors who wish to order multiple of the same figure without having each figure look the same. When this option is selected the purchaser will receive all of the equipment that come with the figure minus the nude figure. The figure's items are sealed individually and shipped w/o the box and any plastic holders because by individually sealing the pieces we are able to maintain quality control. This is also a good option for those overseas in which it will help them with the shipping size of box being shipped.
